Description

Realfooding Wild Sardines in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil are a canned bluefish made with just three ingredients: wild sardine, organic extra virgin olive oil and salt. They are presented in a glass jar and are ready to consume directly.

The sardines come from the North Atlantic and from extractive fishing, caught in their natural ecosystem. The can is made manually and uses organic extra virgin olive oil as a covering liquid, instead of other refined vegetable oils.

Bluefish naturally provides protein, vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acids. This reference offers a particularly practical way to incorporate sardines into your diet, as you only need to open the jar and serve it.

It can be eaten directly, added to toast with tomato, added to salads, accompanied by vegetables or used to complete rice, potato or legume dishes. Its intense taste also combines with lemon, aromatic herbs and fresh vegetables.

Realfooding indicates that it carries out strict control of heavy metals such as mercury. The jar is made of glass and the lid is indicated as free of BPA, BPF and BPS.

Once opened, it should be kept refrigerated and consumed within forty-eight hours. Before opening, it can be kept in a cool, dry place.
