Full Fiber vegan protein cocoa 500 g Glorioso is a powdered drink mix from Glorioso Super Nutrients. It is a plant-based protein with fibre, cocoa flavour, in a 500 g pouch, made for people who want plant protein and soluble fibre in a single serving.

Fullfiber Protein differs from a conventional vegan protein powder because of Nutriose® soluble fibre. Each 30 g serving provides 15.2 g of protein and 8.1 g of fibre, which the manufacturer places at around one third of the reference daily fibre intake for an adult. The pack declares high protein and high fibre.

The ingredients are a blend of pea, rice, pumpkin and sunflower plant proteins, Nutriose® (soluble fibre), cocoa powder, natural flavour, guar gum and DigeZyme®, a plant-based multi-enzyme complex with amylase, protease, lactase, lipase and cellulase. It does not contain quinoa. Cocoa gives the chocolate taste and guar gum is the thickener. DigeZyme® is a registered trademark of Sabinsa.

Directions on the pack: mix 30 g of product with 300 ml of water or a plant drink and shake well until smooth. It can also be added to smoothies or recipes. Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place, away from light.

Glorioso indicates use at breakfast, between meals, after training or as a snack, as part of a varied, balanced diet. It is a daily food supplement in powder form, not a substitute for a complete diet.

Unlike the same brand's Neutral Bio vegan protein, Fullfiber Protein cocoa does not carry organic certification on the pack or on the manufacturer's product page.
