Selenium 100 µg yeast-free 100 tablets Solgar

Solgar Selenium 100 µg provides 100 µg of elemental selenium per tablet as L-selenomethionine, an organic form of selenium. Unlike other formulas obtained by yeast fermentation, this one is yeast free.

Directions: adults, 1 to 2 tablets a day, preferably with meals, with water or another drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store tightly closed at room temperature.
