Solgar chewable Vitamin D3 1000 IU provides 1000 IU (25 µg) of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) per tablet, in a strawberry and banana flavoured chewable format that can be chewed or left to dissolve in the mouth. The vitamin D3 is derived from lanolin.
