Solgar Vitamin D3 600 IU provides 600 IU of vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) per capsule, sourced from lanolin. Known as the sunshine vitamin, it is synthesised by the body through sun exposure, and production drops in months with fewer daylight hours or when skin is protected from the sun.
