Organic Black Cumin Vegetable Oil 50 ml Pranarom

Pranarôm Organic Black Cumin Vegetable Oil is obtained by first cold pressing of black cumin (nigella) seeds, a traditional ingredient of the Maghreb and Asia Minor. It has a spicy taste and can be used on its own or as a dermocosmetic ingredient.

• Provides essential fatty acids: almost two thirds polyunsaturated (omega 6) and around 20% monounsaturated (omega 9).
• Contains aromatic compounds such as thymoquinone.
• Cosmetic use: for dry, irritated or cracked skin.
• As a scalp rub.

How to use: food use: 10 g (1 tablespoon) per day. Scalp: 1 or 2 times a week, massage in 1 to 3 tablespoons, leave on from 1 hour to overnight wrapped in a warm towel, then rinse with a mild shampoo.

Precautions: store away from heat and light. Once opened, consume within 3 months. Keep out of the reach of children.
