CULINARY USE: Rosemary honey combines well with salads, especially those with green leaves, and with light dairy products: fresh cheeses, yogurt, infusions and fruit salads. Very suitable for use with salted cod, fried, and dishes cooked with lamb. COLOR: White to light amber. AROMA: Intense but soft, characteristic. Medium persistence, floral with camphor tones. If you add almond, the nasal aromas increase. If it is rich in legumes, the aroma will be floury. Sweet taste, sometimes with slight sour notes. HOW TO USE: Dissolve or dissolve in drinks, cold or hot. Also as an ingredient in the preparation of all types of sauces, cooking dishes, cosmetics and food preparations intended for the care of people and animals.
