Solaray Activated Coconut Charcoal is a food supplement in ultra-fine powder form, made from coconut shells. Its only ingredient is activated coconut charcoal.

• According to the brand, activated charcoal has a high absorbent capacity.
• The brand points to its long history of use: as early as 400 BC the Phoenicians used it to purify water.

Directions: take a quarter of a coffee spoon a day (500 mg), away from meals, dissolved in a little water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
