Aus Xarel·lo Rosé Wine 75cl Alella Organic

The AUS Pét Nat Rosé d’Alta Alella Mirgin organic sparkling wine (75 cl) is a very faithful expression of sustainable viticulture and natural wine, made exclusively with Mataró grapes, also known as Monastrell.
It comes from organic vineyards located in the Serralada de Marina Natural Park, in Catalonia, where the harvest is done manually to guarantee the best selection of grapes and preserve the quality of the origin.
Its production follows the ancestral method: the must begins a partial fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finishes fermenting in the bottle, without the addition of sugars or external yeasts. This natural process allows the bubbles to develop spontaneously and for the wine to retain its own personality, with a fresh and authentic profile.
Once in the cellar, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain a must with a delicate pink color. Natural fermentation in the bottle preserves the freshness and purity of the whole and results in an unfiltered sparkling wine, as indicated in the original text.
