Description: The MIRGIN Alta Alella Reserva Brut Nature cava is an elegant and fresh expression of the territory, made with organically grown grapes and with a clear commitment to quality and balance. This Gran Reserva stands out for its finesse and complexity, the result of a careful production process and a long aging time.

On the nose it presents aromas of white fruit, notes of fruit trees and tender almonds, creating a delicate aromatic profile but with personality. On the palate it is structured but light, with a fine bubble that accompanies a fresh and balanced experience, ideal to enjoy at different times.

Made with varieties such as Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo), Macabeu, Chardonnay and Parellada, it reflects the character of its origin in the Serralada de Marina Natural Park. It is a cava that combines tradition and innovation, driven by the project of Josep Maria Pujol-Busquets and Cristina Guillén.
