This organic pomegranate molasses is made exclusively with 100% pure pomegranate juice slowly reduced to a thick and honeyed texture.

The result is an intensely fruity, slightly acidic and very aromatic condiment, ideal for giving a special touch to salads, vegetable dishes, legumes or cereals.

It works as an elegant alternative to balsamic vinegar, perfect for marinating fish or meat, glazing in the oven or finishing cold and hot dishes with a few drops full of flavor.

Artisanally made in a cooperative in northern Lebanon, it is a vegan product, with no added sugars or preservatives, aligned with Linverd's philosophy of real and organic foods.
