Grenache Satyrs Red Wine 75cl

The Sàtirs Negre from Celler Arché Pagès is a red wine with D.O. Empordà that captures the character of the north-eastern Mediterranean: intensity, ripe fruit and an expression very linked to the territory.
It is born in the Empordà, in vineyards worked in conventional agriculture and with manual harvest, seeking the optimum point of concentration and balance.
The blend unites Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan and Grenache, three varieties that, combined, provide body, structure and generous fruit with a very attractive spicy touch.
The vinification begins with controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the aromatic sharpness and purity of the fruit.
Then, the wine passes through French oak barrels, a step that adds complexity and a more polished texture, without losing its expressive and Empordà personality.
In the glass it shows a deep cherry red with garnet reflections, and on the nose ripe black fruits such as plum and currant appear, with spices (pepper and cloves) and subtle nuances of vanilla and cocoa.
In the mouth it is structured and balanced, with firm and silky tannins, well-integrated acidity and a long, elegant and persistent finish, with a mineral point and a spicy note.
To enjoy it to the fullest, serve it between 16 and 18 °C and accompany it with roasts, game meats, spicy stews or cured cheeses.
