Migvita is an infusion designed for migraine and tension headache days. It combines herbs traditionally used to calm pressure in the head, throbbing in the temples and a heavy neck, as well as sensitivity to light and noise. It provides a feeling of neuromuscular relaxation and helps to regain comfort when symptoms such as mild nausea or “foggy” vision appear. It is a good ally in stressful days, excessive use of screens or hormonal changes, and can accompany those cyclical episodes that tend to repeat.

Indicative use: at the first sign, drink 1 hot cup and, if necessary, repeat up to 2–3 cups a day. You can prepare 1 liter and divide it into several doses. Infuse for 8–10 minutes. Complement it with hydration, rest in a dark and cool environment, deep breathing and regular meals, avoiding your usual triggers (lack of sleep, alcohol, stress).
