Sotya Meal Replacement Shake is a strawberry-flavoured powder to replace a meal as part of a weight-control diet. It is made with milk powder, milk protein concentrate, vitamins and minerals, and can be prepared with water or skimmed milk. It can also be enjoyed as an afternoon snack.
