The raw material is made from rice flour that has previously undergone a cooking process and then transformed back into powder. In this way, when it comes into contact with a liquid, the starch hydrates and the mixture acquires consistency in a few seconds.

Unlike conventional raw rice flour, this cream is ready to be consumed after being hydrated. It is also not a hydrolyzed flour: it preserves the native starch and has a very low sugar content. The unflavored version offers a particularly neutral profile, which makes it easy to combine it with very different ingredients without excessively modifying the final taste of the preparation.
