Muria thousand-flower honey is a honey of floral origin collected in different areas of the Iberian Peninsula.
It has an amber color that can range from light to dark and an intense and persistent floral aroma.
It is sweet in the mouth and, sometimes, with a slightly acidic or salty touch.
The crystallization is variable and can appear with fine or thicker crystals.
You can take it alone, diluted in cold or hot drinks, or as an ingredient in cooking.
It goes very well with dairy products, fruit, toast and pastries as an alternative to sugar, and also in salads and sauces.
It does not contain gluten or allergens and is worked with gentle heating below 45 ºC.
Store it at room temperature, in a cool and dry place.
