The Smileat ECO CA-CHI-TOS Rice Porridge with Salmon and Peas is designed to accompany babies from ten months onward in a new stage of feeding, when they begin to discover more consistent textures and small pieces. This recipe expands the range of Smileat porridges with a texture adapted to older ages, incorporating pieces of cooked brown rice that help the baby gradually become familiar with chewing.
The recipe combines organic vegetables such as peas, carrots, sweet potatoes and leeks with brown rice and wild salmon. The result is a simple preparation, made in a natural and artisanal way, which seeks to preserve the original taste and texture of the ingredients. Its consistency is reminiscent of a homemade preparation, but with small pieces specially designed to continue advancing in the introduction of new textures.
Smileat selects quality raw materials from Spanish organic agriculture and livestock. The recipe does not incorporate added sugars, thickeners or dyes, and it does not have added salt. In addition, it is gluten-free, without cow's milk protein and without eggs.
