Weilo Oriental Vegetable Wok is a ready-made dish that combines a varied selection of vegetables with Asian-inspired seasonings, designed to be consumed hot and enjoy a practical meal without having to prepare all the ingredients from scratch. The recipe features carrots and zucchini, accompanied by onion, red pepper, green beans, garlic and green asparagus.

The combination of vegetables is completed with a soy sauce made with water, soybeans, salt and vinegar, and with mirin, prepared from rice, fermented rice, sugar and alcohol. These ingredients provide the characteristic oriental profile of the recipe and are combined with honey and extra virgin olive oil to achieve a balanced combination between salty, sweet and aromatic notes.

The recipe also incorporates garlic, ginger, black pepper, sweet paprika and cumin.
