The Swiss Chard, White Beans and Shiitake Weilo is a prepared dish that combines vegetables, legumes and mushrooms in a recipe ready to heat and consume. The main base is the Swiss Chard, which represents an important part of the preparation, accompanied by white beans and a prominent proportion of shiitake mushrooms. A combination designed to have a practical meal with easily recognizable ingredients and Asian-inspired flavors.

The recipe incorporates extra virgin olive oil and a soy sauce made with soybeans, water, salt and vinegar. It also includes mirin, prepared from rice, fermented rice, sugar and alcohol, which contributes to the characteristic aromatic profile of the dish. Garlic, salt and black pepper complete a composition that combines the vegetable flavor of the Swiss Chard with the texture of the beans and the particular character of the shiitake.

According to the manufacturer's instructions, it is recommended to consume the dish hot.
