Varivita is an infusion designed to accompany **venous circulation** problems: heavy legs, ankle swelling at the end of the day, tingling, itching, night cramps and the appearance of small visible veins. Its synergy of herbs has been traditionally used to support venous return, tone the wall of veins and capillaries and promote better microcirculation, helping to reduce the sensation of pressure and fatigue in the extremities. It is a good ally on long days standing or sitting, very hot days or periods of sedentary lifestyle, and can provide gradual relief when there is a tendency to varicose veins or recurrent swelling.

Indicative use: 2–3 cups per day; you can also prepare 1 liter and divide it into several doses. Infuse for 8–10 minutes. Complement with habits such as moving often, elevating your legs for a few minutes, cold contrast showers and, if necessary, compression stockings.
