It comes entirely from the Cadefihuila estate, in the Huila region (Colombia), a territory recognized for the quality of its beans and for providing a distinctive profile marked by the characteristics of the land.
In tasting, it stands out for a floral fragrance, a good base of cocoa and panela, a creamy body and a citrus touch reminiscent of lemon, with well-balanced acidity and sweetness.
It is an ideal coffee if you are looking for aromatic complexity but at the same time a round and friendly experience, perfect for espresso, super-automatic coffee maker or filter methods according to your style.
The roasting is natural and artisanal, and is carried out daily to guarantee freshness, a key factor for the coffee to maintain its notes and its aroma.
