Natureo Negre Syrah Dealcoholized and Vegan by Torres is an organic red wine designed to enjoy the profile of a young red with a very low alcohol content (0.5% vol.), without sacrificing the pleasure of the wine.
The blend combines Garnacha and Syrah from the 2024 harvest, with a short maceration of two days and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (22–24 ºC) to preserve the fruit and aromatic expression.
5% of the blend is briefly aged in new French oak and, subsequently, the wine undergoes a dealcoholization process to maintain its character.
In the glass it shows a dark cherry color, with intense aromas of blackberries and a spicy touch of cloves; in the mouth it is soft, tender and very pleasant.
Ideal for pairing with pasta, grilled meats and game dishes. Serve between 14–15 ºC.
2024 vintage: rather early and with less production due to the droughts of previous years; spring with intense rains and a mild summer. Correct ripening and grapes in good health, resulting in fresh, aromatic reds, with good acidity and balanced in the mouth.
