FLOW Mūn × Ruido Blanco is a limited edition organic kombucha created with a particularly smooth, aromatic and enveloping profile. The recipe combines peach, chai and rooibos, three elements that provide very different layers of taste and that define a kombucha designed for quiet moments.

The peach provides a note of ripe, sweet and aromatic fruit. The rooibos contributes with a rounder profile and without the intense character of other types of tea, while the chai adds a spicy background that appears progressively. Mūn describes the whole as a warm and balanced kombucha.

The drink is made through a long fermentation, one of the characteristics of the Mūn process. This method allows for a minimum residual sugar content and the development of the acidic and aromatic notes typical of kombucha.

FLOW is not pasteurized, so it retains the character of a fermented drink made in an artisanal way. The manufacturer also indicates an alcohol content of less than 1.2%, generated naturally during fermentation.

It is a drink especially suitable for drinking very cold during a meal, in the afternoon or as an alternative to soft drinks and other sweet drinks. Its peach and spice profile also allows it to accompany light dishes, appetizers or not very sweet desserts.
