The Wong Family Gluten-Free Chocolate Cream Mochi is a baked product made with a glutinous rice flour dough that surrounds a creamy filling made from dairy products, cocoa and cocoa cream and hazelnuts. The combination creates the characteristic contrast of mochi between a soft and slightly elastic outer dough and a creamy interior with chocolate and hazelnuts as the main focus.

The filling recipe combines cocoa, cream, Nutella, ground hazelnuts, gelatin, milk, sugar and trehalose. This preparation is surrounded by a dough made from rice flour and water. The result is a mochi with a sweet and creamy profile, in which cocoa and hazelnuts provide the main flavor and dairy ingredients contribute to the texture of the inner mousse.

The outer part has a white color corresponding to the flour used to make the dough and is slightly translucent. Through this outer layer, you can see the color of the filling, related to the main ingredients of the recipe. These mochis are made in a workshop located in Barcelona. The product can be presented both refrigerated and frozen, which allows its preservation to be adapted according to the marketing format. In the case of the refrigerated product, it must be kept between 1 and 4 °C and has a duration of approximately two to three days in the refrigerator. When presented frozen, it must be kept between -20 and -18 °C and can be preserved for approximately two to three months in the freezer.

The packaging is made up of a tray made with 93.5% sugar cane or sugar cane and 6.5% PLA. The tray is heat-sealed with a 100% biodegradable film.
