Organic cocoa paste 100% cocoa (Peru), from the Alt Piura region. It is Blanxart's specialty with the highest percentage of cocoa, characterized by its purity.
Ecological, vegan and gluten-free. No added sugar. Made with fine cocoa of the Criollo variety.
Blanxart creates chocolates exclusively with cacao from a single origin, to enhance the uniqueness of each of the recipes. Following the Bean to bar process, Blanxart controls the entire process: from the selection of cacao in small plantations, the artisanal slow-fire roasting in our facilities, to the packaging of the chocolate bar.
