Carob Syrup 300 g Sol Natural ECO is a natural sweetener made from carob pods, typical of the Mediterranean, which are crushed and mixed with water to obtain a thick and sweet syrup.

It has a taste reminiscent of cocoa, but softer and less bitter, ideal for giving a sweet touch to yogurts, porridge, smoothies, pancakes, desserts or to accompany toast.

It is an alternative to refined sugar, with very little fat, without caffeine and with a good amount of fiber, in addition to being **gluten-free**.
