"Territori" cow and goat cheese 250gr Mas Garet ECO

Description
Soft cheese with a unique combination: 80% cow's milk and 20% goat's milk.
The mixture of the two milks gives a cheese with character, intense but at the same time tender, with a soft and pleasant taste.
When cut, it has a yellowish tone due to the presence of cow's milk.
In the kitchen it is ideal for melting, for adding diced to salads or in slices for sandwiches and accompaniments.
Recommendations: open the bag 10 minutes before consuming it.
Store it between 4 and 8ºC.
It can be eaten diced or in slices.
