Cau d'en Genís White Wine 750ml Alta Alella ECO is the most saline and authentic expression of a unique plot located on the shores of the Mediterranean.

Coming from the oldest plot on the estate, its aging on the lees provides great depth and expression of the vintage.

This wine represents the quintessence of premium Pansa Blanca, with a fresh and brackish attack that displays flavors of white fruit, fennel and subtle marine notes.

In the mouth it is mineral, silky and persistent, with a long and elegant aftertaste that invites you to continue tasting it.

Ideal to accompany fish, seafood or delicate Mediterranean cuisine, served at an optimal temperature of 9ºC.

Organic grapes of the Pansa Blanca (Xarel·lo) variety.

Alcohol 13% vol.

Contains sulfites.
