Cous cous is traditionally made with semolina from the hard part of wheat, much more without reaching the point of flour.
This is a dish suggested for a balanced diet if the appropriate proportions are eaten, apart from being a good source of nutrients and is considered an exotic dish despite its simple preparation, it can be cooked in its traditional pot called couscous or in a common pot.
SOURCE OF PROTEIN AND FIBER
Instructions for use:
Put 60 g of cous cous per serving in a container approximately. Add an equal volume of hot water or vegetable broth, cover and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes, add a drizzle of oil and stir, deseed with the help of a fork.
