Slow fermentation, real flavor
MUN is committed to traditional fermentation. While others opt for accelerated processes or add vinegar and artificial gas, we let time do its magic. We ferment our kombucha for about 30 days so that bacteria and yeast transform the sugar into natural organic acids. The result? A kombucha with low sugar content and highly digestible.
