Barley, onion grain. Cereal is the king of foods, the most sown and harvested product in the entire planet, capable of growing both in very cold and very hot climates. Barley has group B vitamins, folic acid, choline and vitamin K, it is a good source of potassium, magnesium and phosphorus, but its greatest virtue is the richness in trace elements: iron, sulphur, copper, zinc, manganese, chromium, selenium, iodine, molybdenum. Contains lysine (limiting amino acid in wheat). It blocks the hepatic function of cholesterol. It protects irritated intestinal mucosa and is responsible for the hypoglycemic effect. It acts as an intestinal antiseptic, being indicated in enteritis, colitis, diarrhoea, cholera and various infections. It helps to eliminate constipation. It favors the good health of the colon.
