This high mountain honey is characterized by a color that ranges from amber to dark amber, and in some batches it may present slightly reddish tones, a typical detail of honeys with personality and mountain origin.
The aroma is mainly floral, with possible fruity notes and a touch of humus that provides depth and a more intense sensation when you smell and taste it.
How to use: you can take it alone, or dissolve it in cold or hot drinks, and also use it as an ingredient in sauces, cooking dishes, cosmetics and food preparations intended for the care of people and animals.
Production area: mountain floor of the mountain ranges of Catalonia and the Iberian Peninsula.
Production season: summer.

Technological treatments: heating to less than 45 ºC.
Preservation: store at room temperature environment in a cool and dry place.
Useful life: two years, and without exceeding 40mg/Kg HMF.
