Eucalyptus essential oil SolNatural 15ml

Sol Natural eucalyptus essential oil is a versatile essential oil to have at home, with a high concentration indicated as maximum (80%) and a very characteristic fresh aroma.
This oil can be used to provide a feeling of decongestion and freshness in wellness routines, especially in times of nasal dryness or when seeking to relieve respiratory congestion with environmental or topical uses that are always diluted.
For vapors, you can add drops to a container with hot water and inhale the steam, and you can also impregnate a gauze with a few drops and leave it on the bedside table to help with nighttime discomfort related to nasal dryness.
For frictions, it is recommended to dilute a few drops in a carrier oil (almond, jojoba, avocado, etc.) and massage the chest to relieve respiratory congestion and other symptoms, always avoiding contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
At home, it is indicated as disinfectant, thanks to its antibacterial properties and clean scent, useful for reinforcing the feeling of hygiene in the space.
It is also described as a support for fresh breath if rinsed with water with a few diluted drops, with the precaution of not ingesting it.
For tired muscles, a massage with a base oil in which a few drops have been diluted can help relieve the feeling of fatigue after exercise.
How to use: to be used in food products, add 1-2 drops per Kg of product that you wish to flavor. Do not exceed the dose of 2 drops/day. DO NOT INJECT DIRECTLY.
Precautions: it should never be used internally, as it is toxic. It may cause allergic reactions in some people. It is contraindicated in pregnant women and young children, except in very specific cases, and continuous use is not recommended.
