Organic puff pastry dough 230gr BioBleud ECO

Biobleud's organic puff pastry with whole grains (230 g) comes ready to roll out and is 100% vegetable, ideal for preparing filled puffs, tarts, tarts and even sweet pastries.
Its coating with multigrain flours brings a more authentic taste and an attractive hue to the raw dough, with the extra grace of "minor cereals".
It is made with French flour from French wheat and, instead of butter, vegetable oil is used, making it a suitable option for vegan diets.
How to use it: roll out the dough in a cake mold just after removing it from the refrigerator, keeping its baking sheet. Prick the bottom before adding the filling and bake in a very hot oven.
Guideline cooking time: 180 °C for approximately 35 minutes. If the filling is very liquid and you want a crispier base, pre-cook the blank for about 15 minutes.
