Peeled tomato 400 g Cal Valls ECO, organic whole tomatoes grown in the Plana d'Urgell and produced following organic and biodynamic farming criteria.

They are left to ripen in the sun so that they develop a sweet and balanced flavor, with a good concentration of vitamin C and a very mild acidity.

It is an essential pantry staple for preparing homemade sauces, stews, creams, stir-fries or pizza bases with a clean tomato, without additives and with all the flavor of the garden.
