The Bocades Mediterrànies 180 g from Heüra are a 100% vegetable alternative designed to solve quick meals without sacrificing texture and flavor, with a "Mediterranean" profile thanks to the combination of spices that provides character and a very pleasant aromatic point.
It is a product suitable for vegan and gluten-free diets, and stands out because it is low in saturated fats and, being 100% vegetable, I did not count cholesterol.
On a nutritional level, it offers a high content of protein, fiber, iron and vitamin B12, becoming a practical option to enrich everyday dishes when you want to add protein without resorting to animal options.
In the kitchen it is very easy to use: it looks especially good if you defrost it beforehand, because this way the cooking is more homogeneous and a better browning is achieved.
To prepare it, cook Heüra® with a little oil for about 5 minutes and make sure it is well browned; If you want to add it to a stew, add it as the last ingredient once it is cooked to maintain the texture and prevent it from falling apart.
