Biocop organic shoyu (140 ml), a soy sauce of Japanese origin made with fermented soybeans and whole wheat, with a mild taste and no added sugars.

Ideal as a salt substitute to enhance the flavor with a touch of umami, and perfect as a sauce for sushi or as a base for sauces, vinaigrettes and marinades.
