Description: Algamar kombu seaweed is an organic ingredient highly valued in natural cuisine for its intense flavor and properties. Large and brown in color, it grows at medium depths and is characterized by its fleshy texture, which makes it ideal for both adding flavor and being consumed as another vegetable.
It is especially rich in alginic acid and contains minerals such as calcium and magnesium, making it an interesting ingredient in a balanced diet. In addition, its glutamic acid content helps soften legumes during cooking, improving their texture and facilitating their digestion.
It is very versatile in the kitchen: it can be used in soups, stews, vegetables, omelettes or empanadas. It can be baked for 5 minutes at 200 °C without soaking or going through a very hot pan. It can also be cooked for 20 minutes in a pressure cooker or for approximately 1 hour in boiling water with legumes. It is recommended to clean it if it has any shell remains before use. Content: 100 g.
