This slow and artisanal process preserves all the authentic flavor and firm texture of the Arbequina olive, a variety highly appreciated for its soft, fruity and slightly sweet taste.
Without caustic soda or additives, these olives are ideal to enjoy as an appetizer, in salads, tapas or as an accompaniment to other Mediterranean dishes.
