“El Torrat” matured cow and goat cheese 250gr Mas Garet ECO

The Torrat is a format of cow and goat with a very personal touch, elaborated with a mixture of cow (80%) and goat (20%).
It is scrubbed with ratafia to achieve a balanced texture and a maturation that enhances a deep and sumptuós taste, which is discovered little by little with each mos.
When tall, It has a groguenc interior, characteristic of the majority presence of beef meat.
In the kitchen: ideal for preparing a taula of formats or for accompanying qualsevol àpat.
Recommendations: open the format boss 10 minutes before consumption.
Preservation: keep between 4 and 8ºC.
