Recipe designed to be **nutritionally complete** thanks to the combination of legumes and mushrooms, prepared in an **artisanal** way, **without additives**, **precooked and frozen**.

Preparation: precooked product that requires finishing cooking; no need to defrost beforehand. Fry in a **paella** with a little oil and turn carefully; bake in the **oven** at **180 ºC**.
