La Amarga Honey 970 g Llaría ECO is an organic **spring heather** honey, with a very aromatic and intense profile.

It is harvested between May and June in the mountains of Anguiano (La Rioja), where early heather (Erica australis) predominates and, to a lesser extent, thyme, blackberry and broom.

It offers a powerful floral aroma with marked earthy notes, a sweet taste with a persistent **bitter** point and softer salty touches.

Ideal for bold palates, to combine with cured cheeses, yogurt, infusions or toast.
