When tasting, it stands out for its fresh and vegetal aromatic profile: on the nose it recalls olive, green tomato, alfalfa and apple.

On the palate it enters with fruitiness of olive and green tomato, continues with marked bitterness and notes of green almonds and alfalfa, and closes with a green, spicy and persistent finish.
