Melva with extra virgin olive oil 195 g Biocop ECO is an artisanal preserve made with whole melva fillets, with compact, pink meat and a fine, unctuous flavor.

As a blue fish, it is naturally rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, an excellent source of protein and minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, iron and iodine, as well as vitamins A, D and group B.
