The ECO Smileat Whole Oatmeal and Blueberry Pancake Mix is ​​an organic mix designed to prepare quick and nutritious pancakes, ideal for children from 8 months and for the whole family.
It is gluten-free and has no added sugars, so the sweet flavor comes only from the same ingredients, with a fruity touch thanks to the blueberries.
The combination of flours and fiber content make it a practical option for breakfasts and snacks, especially when you want an easy alternative that can be prepared in a few minutes.
How to use: put 4 equal tablespoons of the mixture (approx. 40 g) in a bowl.
Add 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and 50 ml of liquid (water, cow's milk, breast milk, formula milk or vegetable drink).
Mix until you obtain a homogeneous mass and cook the pancake over medium heat in a non-stick pan until it is made.
Storage: store in a cool, dry place.
