Description: Octobris organic extra virgin olive oil in 5-liter Bag-in-Box format, made from ripe olives of the Grosal variety.

This EVOO is obtained directly from the olives using mechanical procedures and cold extraction, a process that allows the aromas and natural characteristics of the oil to be better preserved.

The olives are harvested at the end of November and beginning of December, when they have reached their optimum point of ripeness, providing a smoother and more balanced taste profile.

The production follows strict quality and organic certification criteria, controlled by official bodies such as the CAECV.

The 5-liter Bag-in-Box format allows for better preservation of the oil and practical use in daily cooking.
