Freeze-dried organic raspberries with a light and crunchy texture and an intense flavor of natural fruit.
The freeze-drying process consists of freezing the fruit and gently removing its water, which allows it to preserve its aroma, color and natural properties.
To obtain approximately 100 g of freeze-dried raspberry, around 700 g of fresh organic raspberries are used, thus concentrating all their flavor.
They are ideal to add to yogurts, cereals, granola, porridge or smoothies, adding a fruity and natural touch.
