At the Moli de la Vansa, we make premium cold-pressed Virgin Extra olive oil, completely handmade. We use cariedad verdiell olives, exclusively from our olive trees that grow in the Sierra del Montsec, in the surroundings of Vilanova de Meia, which gives them very special characteristics that make their flavor and organoleptic qualities unique.
