Cabo de Peñas Sardines in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil are a canned product traditionally made with selected sardines, organic extra virgin olive oil and salt. The pieces are processed and packaged manually in order to preserve their tender texture and characteristic taste.

Cabo de Peñas selects the sardines at the optimum time and places them by hand in the can. They are then accompanied only with organic extra virgin olive oil and salt, a short formulation that avoids other sauces or condiments.

Sardines are a blue fish that naturally provides proteins and omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. The manufacturer's nutritional information also highlights the presence of vitamin B12, vitamin D and calcium in the drained product.
