Description

Ecomil organic matcha Vegfir is a fermented vegetable specialty that combines almond and cashew with organic matcha. The recipe is designed to offer a creamy texture and a taste profile different from the most common vegetable ferments, with the vegetal and slightly bitter notes typical of matcha tea.

The base incorporates almond and cashew, two nuts that contribute to the consistency and creamy profile of the product. To these ingredients are added organic cane sugar, rice starch, corn starch and organic matcha powder.

The formulation is completed with locust bean gum, natural coconut flavor, malic acid and vegan yogurt and kefir cultures. This combination of ferments is one of the main characteristics of the product and allows to obtain the slightly acidic point typical of fermented specialties.
